      <image:title>Work - Nourish Feedback - First iteration</image:title>
<image:caption>In the first care training session we got enough feedback and were able to learn if the questions gave us the desired information. We had quantitative and qualitative data and were able to compare them and therefore extend the Journey map for the touch point Nourish Application Training.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Work - Nourish Feedback - Second Initiative</image:title>
<image:caption>From the Stakeholder interviews I also learned that it was essential to gather feedback from our existing long term care providers. Similar to the first initiative, we wanted to test quickly and find out if the questions asked give us the information we need to improve the Nourish application. We selected care providers which were all at different stages in the journey to find out more from them and what they think about Nourish and the application. In this scenario we had more options for choosing the medium, as we could have used existing Intercom from the customer service team, as well as electronic surveys. However they both came with disadvantages and we also didn’t had much time, so we decided again on the medium paper. With paper I was able to make the message to the care provider personal and it doesn’t require any software development and is cheap. Due to time constraints I wasn’t able to assess the outcome of this initiative.</image:caption>

<image:caption>In groups of three we interviewed three Dublin bus customers. We asked them about where they live and why they use the bus. Some questions regarding their commute and how they buy the tickets. We learned about what works well for them and where there are pain points. Together with everyone from the workshop we gathered all the information on a board and used an affinity diagram to group all the items.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Work - Dublin Bus - Field Work</image:title>
<image:caption>In the next part of this project we did some observation “in the wild”. We wanted to observe, what people are doing and asking when they got on the bus. How they are paying for the ticket and observe if there are any pain points. We were also given a small mission. Find a specific location and get there by bus. Unfortunately it was not possible to find out by reading the bus information and was very confusing (which you can tell by this photo of me).</image:caption>

      <image:title>Work - Dublin Bus - User Stories</image:title>
<image:caption>We chose the user ‘Tourist’ and on the second day of the workshop we wrote down possible user stories. The structure of a story is to give it some context (physical / social environment), a plot (goals, challenges, actions, decisions and informations), tools (what the user uses to help achieve their goals) and an outcome (the result of the customer using the product).</image:caption>
